Minti Minds offers printable activity books for parents, caregivers, and educators. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse our website, buy a digital book, create an account, or contact us. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to connect@hellomintiminds.com.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect the details entered at checkout, such as your name, email address, billing address, and optional phone number, together with the books ordered, payment status, and transaction references. If you create an account, we store the account details needed to provide that service. Download permissions and access records may be associated with your order.

Our contact form collects your name, email address, and message. Our website and service providers may also process technical information, including your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and security or error logs. Please do not send payment-card details or sensitive information through the contact form.

How we use information

We use information to process payments, deliver purchased PDFs and order messages, manage accounts and download access, respond to questions, maintain and improve the website, prevent misuse and fraud, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Service messages about a purchase are separate from optional marketing messages.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment details are entered into Stripe’s secure payment fields. Minti Minds does not store your full card number or security code. Stripe processes payment, billing, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy.

We use Hostinger for hosting, WordPress and WooCommerce for the store, and Automattic/Jetpack services for connected site features such as security and statistics. Information may be processed by these providers and by services used to deliver website emails. Google Fonts may receive technical information when your browser requests font files. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Relevant provider information is available in the Hostinger privacy policy, Automattic privacy policy, and Google privacy policy. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our customers, rights, or services.

Cookies and similar technologies

The store uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain a cart, remember a signed-in session, support secure checkout, and prevent fraud. Connected statistics and site services may also process usage information. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies can prevent the cart, login, or checkout from working. External links and services have their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to provide purchased downloads and support, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Children’s information

Our activities are made for children to enjoy with adult support, but purchases, accounts, and contact forms are intended for adults. We do not ask children to submit personal information to use a printed activity. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.
