Digital Downloads & Refund Policy

Digital downloads only

Minti Minds activity books are digital PDF downloads priced in US dollars. No physical book is shipped. Please read the product description and check that you can open and print a PDF before purchasing. Downloads are made available after successful payment through your order confirmation and, when applicable, your account.

Change-of-mind purchases

Because a digital file cannot be returned after it has been supplied, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges once a purchased PDF has been made available. This includes deciding not to use the activity, selecting a different preferred theme, or no longer needing the book. This policy is subject to the exceptions below and any rights you have under applicable law.

Duplicate charges and problems with a file

Please contact us if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, received the wrong file, received a corrupted file, or cannot access the book. We will review the order and help restore access or provide a corrected replacement. If we cannot provide the purchased file as described or resolve a delivery or file problem, we will refund the affected purchase. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.

If payment has been taken but your download is missing, check your order confirmation and spam folder, then contact us. Do not purchase the same book again just to fix a download problem.

How to ask for help or a refund

Email connect@hellomintiminds.com promptly with your order number, purchase email address, activity-book title, and a short explanation of the problem. A screenshot of an error can help. Do not include your full card number, security code, or account password.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on Stripe and your bank or card provider. We will let you know the outcome after reviewing your request.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content. If a mandatory cancellation or refund right applies to your purchase, that right takes priority over this policy.
